I agree that it is most likely that Caylee is in a “better place”.

One thing (among the many things) that has always irked me about this case is… if Caylee had been kidnapped, the Anthonys would have no way of knowing she is alive. Right? Yet they INSIST she is alive! IMO They know that Caylee is already gone and they are trying to cut their losses by defending Casey. I do feel sympathy for them…tempered with disgust.

Michel, two things:
1. Little Jacob is really cute!
2. Does TLE have any plans to try and cover this case if it goes to trial?

I agree with you Michel. What really is amazing is the fact that only 1 hair from her head remained in the trunk. I think that single hair, its DNA, location and state of decomposition is all any juror needs to know about with or without a body. Imagine driving around for days with your child’s body decaying in the trunk? It’s a horrible, evil thought. And what about George and Cindy Anthony? Some say they may be involved in this. Isn’t there a law against aiding and abetting? After all this time and all this evidence how can they still be in denial?

There will be many interesting “live” trials before January 5, 2009, assuming that there will even be a trial for Casey Anthony……………..
